The company's warranty is as follows: The company is willing to accept exchange-return with the following conditions:

1. Regular products can be easily exchanged or returned within 7 days from the date of receipt (for tile and granite products, a full box return is required).
2. Processed products such as polishing, grinding, or installation cannot be returned as they have undergone specific customization.
3. Please bring the original shipping slip or tax invoice along with the product when contacting us for exchange or return. (In the absence of these documents, the company reserves the right to handle exchanges or returns on a case-by-case basis).
4. The product must be in pristine condition with intact packaging, free from any tears or damages.
5. Special-sized or custom-order products are non-exchangeable and non-returnable as they are exclusively tailored to the customer's specifications.
6. Promotion items or products with special discounts are subject to the company's exchange and return policies.
7. KTC reserves the right to process exchanges and returns in the form of cash refunds (unless the error is due to a product or company mistake). In such cases, a remaining balance slip will be provided for the customer's convenience in future purchases.
